Welcome to Salem's Country Kitchen.
I'm so very pleased that
you stopped by to visit with me.
My
name is Salem and I reside in Southeastern
Pennsylvania.
One
of my favorite past-times is cooking.
I
believe one of the joys in life is
being able to sit down
to a
wonderful home cooked meal.
Unfortunately home cooked meals seem to be a
thing of the past.
Due to our hectic daily schedules most
of us don't have the time
to
spend in the kitchen as we would like to.
Because of our limited time
most have resorted to purchasing prepared foods
from the
fast-food
chains or visiting the frozen food
department in our local
grocery
stores for our daily meals.
Therefore, this has prompted me to share with
you some of my
favorite recipes which are very simple to
prepare, even for the novice.
Most
use everyday ingredients and don't take all that
long to prepare.
So,
if you would like to make something special for
your family tonight,
sit
back and relax with a cup of coffee or tea,
and
browse through my recipe pages.
Perhaps you may find something that you like.
These
recipes are for everyday meals, holidays and of
course,
let's
not forget our favorite snacks.
