INGREDIENTS:

1 3.4 oz package instant
pudding mix (Flavor choices listed below)

2 cups skim milk
7 Plastic cups (3
ounces) and 7 popsicle sticks
DIRECTIONS:
Mix pudding mix and milk together.
Spoon enough pudding into popsicle cups to
cover bottom.
Periodically tap the cups to get any air
pockets out.
Freeze till set and enjoy!

Instant Banana Pudding Mix - Add 1
banana cut into small pieces.
Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

Watermelon-Orange Popsicles
INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups diced
watermelon (remove seeds)
•
1 cup orange juice
•
1 cup water
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
Popsicle sticks and
popsicle mold or 3 oz. plastic cups
DIRECTIONS:
Combine sugar and orange juice and stir
until sugar is dissolved.
Place sugar and orange juice mixture and
diced watermelon
in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour 1/4 cup into each mold (popsicle mold
or 3 oz. plastic cups)
Insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze until firm.
VARIATIONS: Any fruit of your choice
may be used.
Creamy Cantaloupe Pops
INGREDIENTS:
•
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe cubed (remove seeds)
•
1 cup heavy whipping
cream
•
1/2 cup sugar
•
1 cup orange juice
•
Popsicle sticks and
popsicle mold or 3 oz. plastic cups
DIRECTIONS:
Place cantaloupe in a blender.
Cover and process until
smooth; set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine the cream and
sugar.
Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is
dissolved.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in pureed cantaloupe.
Pour 1/4 cup into each mold (popsicle mold
or 3 oz. plastic cups)
Insert the popsicle sticks.
Freeze until firm.
VARIATIONS: Any fruit of your choice
